Historian says Japan's Sato was Nobel committee's worst choice

TOKYO, Japan - File photo shows former Japanese Prime Minister Eisaku Sato, who won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1974. He was described as the worst selection made by the award committee by Oivind Stenersen, a principal author of an official Nobel Peace Prize history.
